This notice explains how Carmella Baterna, operating as Working with Mel, handles information shared through this website.
Information you share
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, and the message you choose to provide. We also record the submission date, your consent date, and the version of this notice associated with your consent. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, health information, or confidential information about other people.
How your information is used
Your information is used to review your inquiry, reply by email, discuss relevant services, and coordinate a meeting. The inquiry checkbox covers these purposes. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to newsletters or unrelated promotional messages.
Where inquiries are stored
Inquiries are stored in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database through ChatGPT Sites. The lead dashboard and CSV exports are restricted to Mel’s signed-in owner account. Service providers supporting hosting, storage, and communication may process information to provide those services. Their systems may process data outside your country, including outside the Philippines.
Booking a meeting
After your inquiry is saved, the website opens our booking page, where Google Calendar is embedded. Loading that calendar sends a request to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Information you enter into the calendar is handled by Google under its own Privacy Policy. Sending an inquiry does not by itself create a calendar booking.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is retained while needed to respond, manage a potential or ongoing working relationship, or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Access to the lead dashboard is restricted. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion, or withdraw consent for further inquiry-related contact. Reply to an email from Mel or use the contact form, clearly marking your message “Privacy request.” Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already carried out; some information may need to be retained where required by law. If you have concerns about how your data is handled, you may also contact the Philippines National Privacy Commission.
Technical services and changes
Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the website. This website does not currently add advertising trackers or operate a newsletter signup. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves requests to Google’s servers. If the way we collect or use information changes, this notice will be updated with a new effective date.
