Before working in executive support and operations, I ran a home-based bakery. That experience gave me a practical grounding in serving customers, managing work, and understanding what it takes to run a business.
My work has since expanded into executive support, project coordination, recruitment, client operations, and leading operations at Project Outsource.
Working with Mel brings that experience into a direct working relationship with founders and executives who need someone who can see the moving parts, create clarity, and take responsibility for execution.
